Xanthia ran in the Regional Cross-Country in Broadford, Victoria, today... she ran against about fifty of the best 11 year old girls (or those who will be turning 11 this year, like Xan) from as far away as Beechworth, Benalla and Wodonga... and she she finished off by coming an amazing 19th!! I just cant believe what an awesome little runner she is!!... no training, no coaching, no specialised running equipment... she is just a natural!... she, get's it from me, of course!
As soon as the race was over... before she had even warmed down, she was on the phone to Dad, in Sydney (possibly the real sorce of her running prowess, but don't tell him I said so!)... he was so proud of her... and so am I!! You're a star Xani! A STAR!!
