xan and maddie... girls day out!
In lieu of a birthday party this year, Xan and I negotiated for her and one friend to have a Girls Day in the city... movie, lunch, shopping, playing and, of course, a manicure and pedicure!
Xan chose her best friend, Maddie... their personalities are so alike, it is scary!... and we had an awesome day!
First some shopping...
... matching best friends necklaces...
... then off to the movies...
... 'Despicable Me'... it was very funny!!
... and now the much anticipated mani and pedi...
... then MORE shopping!!
... and eating...
... and SHOPPING!!
... then a bit of 'Intencity' fun
... (check out the crazy eyes!!... those gators didn't stand a chance!!)
... and MORE eating!
... hmmm... like I was ever going to be able to keep them away from the Mirrors! LOL!
Believe it or not... what I asked for was one more photo before we left... what I got, was this -

time to drop Maddie off... not exactly a popular decision!

a triple birthday bash...
On Sunday (Fathers Day) we also celebrated three family birthdays... Liam, who turned 16 on Saturday, Jac, who turned 16 on Monday and Xan, who turns 10 on the 16th... it was a fantastic afternoon with lots of awesome food... and the Swans beating Carlton to get into the semi-final next Saturday!

Isabelle came to visit...
... and her mum and dad too, of course!... but it wasn't hard to see who was the star of the day!
first, cuddles with Uncle Bingo... (and where Issy goes, X and W go!!)
There was no way she was getting out of this house with a cuddle from Willow!
... then there was the 'incident' with Darci's beanie!
... enjoying a quick iphone game with dad...
... and a jump on the trampoline with the crazy Bingley girls...
... finally, a meet'n'greet with Cleo... Cleo thought Isabelle smelt... tasty! Isabelle thought Cleo looked good enough to chew on! LOL!
After Issy finally got off the trampoline... it was Uncle Bingos turn!... that trampoline is only rated to 180kg... you do the math!!!
Thank you so much to Kate and Davo for bring our beautiful Isabelle all this way for a visit! We had a fantastic time... and your pavlova was divine, Kate!! (Bingo ate THREE helpings and then fell asleep on the couch when you left! LOL)
